Whether you're an individual or a team*, there's always room to improve your game. You name the athletic activity and most likely Dyke has trained someone in the sport.
We train athletes ranging from 8 years old to the pros.

Running & Skating
Overspeed is a critical component of proper training. Get ready to push yourself outside of your comfort zone. Training is offered both on and off ice.
If you choose to get out on the ice, prepare yourself for some parachute sprints, bungee cord tow-sprints, foot speed belts, and more.
Overspeed training is not just for hockey players. We have a number of figure skaters who participate in the program also.
Cutting Edge Sport Sciences offers On-Ice Overspeed training at various rinks around the Capital District. Skaters of all ages and levels are welcome.
